RUn for a dream 5K & 1M Fun run
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 23, 2024 // COCHRAN, GA
Landon Padgett Memorial Fund is excited to announce the 5th Annual Run for a Dream 5K & 1M Fun Run - a morning of fun for the whole family!
You can walk, run, jog or dance your way through the family-friendly 5K and 1M courses which wind through the Bleckley County 5K cross-country trails. Once you pass the finish line, meet us at the game field for lots of family activities.
This event was born from Landon's love of running and the children and families he served as a nurse at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. All proceeds from this fundraising event support our two programs benefiting the health and well-being of children and young people.
A virtual runner option is available for those who can't make it to Cochran but still want to participate.
➡ Don't want to participate in the 5K or 1 mile but want to join in on the fun? No problem! All are welcome to attend the event and enjoy the activities.
EVENT DATE: Saturday, November 23, 2024
LOCATION: One Royal Drive Cochran, GA 31014 (At the Track)
1M FUN RUN: 9:00 AM
5K: 9:30 AM
COST: $30 through November 22, then $35 day-of-race
$20 for kids 10 & under
FREE for anyone not participating in the 5K or 1M Fun Run
RUNNER PERKS: T-Shirt, LPMF canvas bag, sponsor gifts, drinks and snacks (chips and fruit)
5K Awards: Trophies will be awarded to the overall male and female winners. Medals will be given to the top three M/F in each of the following age groups: 10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 & over
1M Awards: Medals will be awarded to the top three M/F in each of the following age groups: 6 & under, 7-9, 10-12, 13 & over

Online registration ends at 11:59 pm on November 22, 2024.
Register through November 14th to guarantee yourself a shirt on November 23rd. T-shirts for registrations after November 14th will be mailed after the event.
